Thank you for choosing [Fi Fi Fabulous Hair]. Please read all policies carefully before booking.

📅 Appointments
All appointments must be booked in advance through our booking system. Same-day appointments may be available but are not guaranteed.

💳 Deposit
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit goes toward your total service cost. No deposit = no appointment.

❌ Cancellations & Rescheduling
Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24–48 hours in advance.
Deposits are non-refundable
One reschedule is allowed with the same deposit
Last-minute cancellations will require a new deposit

🚫 No-Show Policy
No-shows will result in a 100% charge of the service booked and may be blocked from future bookings.

Clients must arrive with clean, detangled hair unless a wash service is booked.
Failure to do so may result in additional fees or appointment cancellation.
